Since 1999, we have been blessed to help families find loving companions through thoughtfully raised Mini Goldendoodles, Mini Comfort Doodles, Cockapoos, and select Poodles.

At Forest Creek Kennels, we believe a puppy's personality is just as important as how they look. While a cute face, fluffy coat, or beautiful coloring may catch your attention, we focus first on health, temperament, and raising puppies that will become wonderful lifelong companions.
We carefully select our breeding dogs from quality bloodlines. All of our breeding dogs are DNA tested for genetic diseases and have been evaluated by a licensed veterinarian for hips, patellas, eyes, and heart health before being considered for our breeding program.
From the moment each puppy is born, they are surrounded by love. My granddaughter, my son, and our family and friends help socialize each litter with children, other pets, different people, and everyday household experiences.
We also evaluate each puppy's personality to better understand their temperament, including whether they are calm, playful, outgoing, or more reserved. This helps us guide families toward the puppy that will be the best fit for their home.
Above all, this is God's kennel. I pray over each puppy as they are born and ask God to bless their health and guide them to the family where they belong.

We live in Chatham, Virginia. We are a family owned and operated business that has been in business since 1999. Our puppies are socialized by the best kids ever, my granddaughter and my son, plus any friends that come over to play.
We specialize in designer dogs: including Mini Goldendoodles, Mini Comfort Doodles, and Cockapoos. We breed for health first, then temperament and longevity of life. This is very important to us, since these puppies will become a member of your family, plus be around for many years. Here at Forest Creek Kennels we strive to breed the healthiest pet you can own. We do everything to ensure your pet is healthy and calm. We have researched the background on all our dogs. They all come from high quality bloodlines. Our parents have all passed their behavior test and health inspection from a qualified vet. It is my belief that no matter how gorgeous the puppies are:
A cute little teddy bear face or big ball of fluff, the prettiest color or saddest eyes. Well this is all great, BUT what about the personality (temperament)? What if your new little puppy is shy, unfriendly, scared of every noise or his own shadow? What if he is food aggressive or tries to bite when you take his toys? Well this little puppy isn't going to make anyone in your family happy.
This is why our puppies are well socialized with people, other pets, kids, and noises. They must all pass our own personality tests. This shows us where the puppy stands in the litter, dominate, calm, friendly, shy, exploitative, alone issues, this type of thing. It also helps us decide which puppy is best suited for your family.
As each mother goes into labor and each puppy is born. I pray over them and ask God to bless them and make them healthy. I thank God regularly for my Kennel and the healthy puppies we produce. I try to pray over my kennels daily, but sometimes life is so busy that I do not get too. As the puppy grows I pray and ask God where each puppy should be placed.
So as you can see we go out of our way to make sure you get the best puppy suited for you and your family.
All our puppies come with a health guarantee, food, toy, blanket that smells like home, and shot/worming records of everything we have done to the puppy. Puppies will also be vet checked before they are allowed to leave.

Can I Visit the Puppies?
Families with a deposit are welcome to visit their litter by appointment beginning around five weeks of age. We do not have open visitation hours. FaceTime calls are also available for families who cannot visit in person.
When Can Puppies Go Home?
Puppies typically go home after their veterinary check, around eight weeks of age.
How Do I Reserve a Puppy?
To reserve a puppy, complete our application and place a non-refundable deposit. We will guide you through the next steps and help you prepare for bringing your new companion home.

There are no open visiting hours at my kennel. Visits are allowed at around 5 weeks of age of your puppy with a deposit. No deposit no visit. At this time you meet and pick your puppy in order of deposit received, and meet the parents. You then come back at 7-8 weeks of age depending on vet appointment to pick up your new baby.
